My now husband and I booked Lloyd WAY ahead of time of our wedding after hearing such great things about him – we were SO glad we did!!! Lloyd truly made our ENTIRE day being such big music fans! He took the time to go through all of the details, songs, timing, name pronunciation, etc. you name it! He is so friendly and so fun! He kept our guests on the dance floor all night and played ALL of our favorite music! He added so much of his own personality to the music and little moments throughout the day, we loved it! He even got out on the dance floor with us too! We got so many compliments on Lloyd being the best DJ our guests had ever experienced at a wedding. Tom Darling was very professional and friendly to work with! Our wedding day was the most amazing experience, and having Tom there eased a lot of stress and unknowns as he was great at keeping things flowing. As the bride I had communication with him all night and he just smiled at me and made sure it went well. From the first song we had a dance floor filled with people and each song played was amazing. He was the perfect entertainer and DJ for our special day. We cannot thank Tom enough and think of him very highly!
We weren’t really sure what to expect going in but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The team at Main Event Entertainment greeted us right away. They were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about our needs and go over their offerings with us. My fiance and I had joked about sampling DJ’s in order to find one for our wedding. In reality, this was the perfect opportunity to do just that. We really got a feel for each DJ and what sort of energy and experience they brought to the table. I’d recommend this experience to any couples planning their wedding and looking for the right DJ.
We met Kelly at a wedding expo and my fiance and I were very impressed with her right from the start. She was very professional as well as personable. Throughout the entire process, Kelly was always there to help no matter what we asked and responded to all of our emails promptly. She also gave us great suggestions on things I hadn’t even thought of! After our wedding we had numerous people come up to us and tell us that she was one of the best DJs they had seen in a long time. We have had two couples from our wedding who were recently engaged already contact Kelly for her services. I will recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking for a wonderful DJ for any occasion!
Kelly Elliott is absolutely incredible. First, as a DJ, she did a great job of reading the crowd and playing music that got people up to dance and have fun (but also slowed it down during dinner). But, more importantly, she is an awesome MC. From announcing the wedding party to keeping the flow of the reception schedule, the entire reception felt seamless, professional, and fun. She also read our “cues” and was able to go with the flow according to what we wanted. I don’t think we were high maintenance, but we demanded a lot from her, and she smiled, cooperated, and made everyone feel comfortable. When you are choosing a DJ, please remember that a DJ does more than play music – she is also in charge of the flow, the ambiance, and character of your reception. Choose wisely.

DJ Kibar was absolutely top notch. He kept up with us in terms of contact and information from booking up until our wedding date. He would check in with us periodically and had meetings in order to make sure we had all of our main musical selections chosen and organized. He ensured our wedding ran smoothly and worked great with our coordinator. He played piano for our ceremony and it was fantastic. Our guests loved his transitions and kept complimenting his DJ’ing style and he took care in what music was played for our wedding based on our tastes. We felt very confident during the whole process and happy with our choice in DJ. He takes pride in his work and it really shows.
Matt did an amazing job at our wedding. He was polite, courteous and did everything we had discussed at our meetings. We asked for a couple changes last minute and he was so calm and amazing about it. He was fun and all our guests made comments on how terrific our dj was and asked us where we found him so if they needed an entertainer they could look him up, they loved him. Our wedding reception was a lot of fun and Matt was a major reason why. We would use his services and Main Event again definitely. Thanks you so much for helping make our big day a huge success.
My husband and I got married on 12.18.23 and Hayden was our DJ! When I tell you this man is AMAZING at his job I mean it! He had some of the smoothest transitions, I have ever heard when it comes to music! We are predominantly metal and rock enthusiast, and Hayden picked out songs that were so in line for what we were wanting. To toss in some Christmas music as well was perfect, it got everyone up and jumping! There were so many compliments that came in from our families, saying that Hayden was one of the best DJs they’ve ever heard. He helped make our special day even better, and my husband and I are forever grateful that we got paired with him! Hayden, thank you so much for making our wedding amazing!
Main Event was a fantastic vendor to work with, great communication, organized, professional. Our DJ, Matt Perez, killed it! Our conversations prior to the wedding were great and he was very helpful in helping us pick all the right music, including some suggestions for the ceremony/special events. The dance floor was full all night, all ages guests! Matt also took great care of other details above and beyond his role. His equipment was professional and looked great in the space. Very happy and would recommend if you are looking for an fun event! Everyone had a great time and multiple people said Best DJ ever!
The PhotoBooth attendants were so great. They were polite and a lot of fun. They did a great job with the scrapbook and my wife loves the look and presentation of it. The booth was such a highlight. Especially when my sister got my father to wear a dreadlocks wig for one.
I could not have been any happier with my experience working with Main Event. Everyone was so kind and professional. DJ Kibar was incredible from the day we booked him. Up until the day of the wedding he was extremely communicative and flexible. He made planning so easy and fun. The day of the wedding he was so upbeat and kept everyone dancing all night. He truly made our wedding a night to remember! I can not recommend Kibar and Main Event enough!
DJ Rob was awesome!!! He kept the party going at our wedding and even added in a special birthday song for one of our best friends.

Kevin Sawler was the DJ we picked for our wedding. We knew he would be a good fit for us as soon as we saw his demo video. After meeting Kevin in person, we loved his personality and expected the wedding to be a success. It was! He played everything I had requested in advance and also filtered out some not so good requests throughout the night. We would highly recommend Kevin and Main Event to anyone that asked. My wife Danielle and I had DJ Hayden for our wedding and he was excellent. We had a great feeling about him when we met him for our meeting on Zoom and when it came to the big day, he was spot on. He was very detail oriented, arrived early, and when our procession had a slight delay he adjusted the music on the fly to keep the timing correct. We didn’t have a huge dancing crowd but those of us on the dancefloor had a great time with his awesome music mixes. We would go with Hayden again if we needed another DJ.
Kevin was absolutely amazing! The process was so relaxed and easy. We were pretty picky about our music and provided our own playlist, but Kevin put it in the perfect order and added his own remixes to it that really brought it to life. Our dance floor was full the whole night. He was kind, polite, easygoing and fun and we couldn’t recommend him more! Thanks Kevin!!!
Jay made every step of the planning process as easy as possible. He did research on the songs & artists I requested, and it showed. He listened to every single question Clare & I had, and answered them in the quickest fashion. He was on time, if not early, and he was courteous to all the guests. 11/10 for Jay! He even helped to find a song for Clare & I to do our duet! During the reception, he kept things rolling, and fun at the same time! The games were a great suggestion from him, they were a HIT! The music during the reception was awesome, and he RAN the dance floor with the jams. Would recommend to everybody, forever. Cheers!
I wanted to send a message to say how much we loved Adam Blackstock. My daughter and her new husband had an awesome time at their reception. Adam made the wedding serive and reception flow flawlessly. We all especially loved when he gave the kids blow up guitars and played Spongebob Squarepants. Adam was very attentive to my daughter and son in law to how they wanted the evening to progress. My wide and I couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Adam for any event.

Adam exceeded our expectations and made our wedding fantastic! He kept people on their feet all night long. People are still talking about him. We loved how he took control and had the evening running smoothly. We loved the scavenger hunt, great variety of music, his personality, props and wedding CD he gave us that we listen to always and remind us of our day. If we ever have another event Adam will be our DJ!! You guys are all professional and very reasonably priced. Can’t say enough about Adam! What an amazing DJ.
Our DJ, Tyler Campbell, was incredible. He worked with us to craft the perfect playlist for both our ceremony and reception and kept the party going all night long!

I attended a wedding this past weekend that Joey Dion was DJing. What a great time!! He was so creative and so much fun!! At no point was he on “auto-pilot”. At one point, in one of the speeches, someone mentioned listening to Bone Thugs N Harmony when they were young, and as they finished the speech, he started playing “Crossroads”. Such a riot!! Everyone got a kick out of it!! He was so involve and kept the dance floor full all night. I’ve never been to an event where a DJ could read a crowd so well. Always full of surprises and had us laughing all night. Thanks for a great time Joey!!
Meagan did a great job being our wedding content creator! She sent us all of our raw and edited files within a few days of the wedding and we will be able to cherish the memories she captured forever! She met with us multiple times before our day and made sure we were all on the same page of what was most important to us, she arrived on time, communicated with our photographer, and she was so fun! One of the perks of using our wedding venue (Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH) is they include a DJ through Main Event Entertainment in our chosen package. We were given a worksheet to fill out with our music preferences, and Main Event Entertainment paired us with the perfect DJ, DJ Lloyd Mnaphi. The week before the wedding, we had an opportunity to speak with Lloyd. During this conversation we were able to go over all the details of the day and voice any opinions or concerns. Lloyd was very knowledgeable, easy going and funny and by the end of the phone call, we looked forward to having him be our DJ on the big day. Then the big day came and Lloyd did an incredible job! He made sure to check in with us and made sure everyone partied the night away. Once the event was over, we had numerous people approach us asking if we knew Lloyd before the wedding or if he was recommended. Many people were shocked to hear that he was assigned to us by Main Event Entertainment after only reviewing our worksheet. We would highly recommend Main Event Entertainment and Lloyd to people looking for a DJ or getting married at Granite Rose!
DJ Rick Lee was incredible!! We knew from the time we first hopped on the phone with him that DJ Rick would bring the energy and expertise needed to make our wedding amazing. He truly outdid our already high expectations! The music throughout the night was exactly what we needed for a very diverse group to have fun across the board. We highly recommend DJ Rick to anyone looking for an exceptional DJ!
JAY WAS AMAZING! Before our event he was very easy to communicate with through email. Always responded quickly and was helpful. He fully understood our personalities and the atmosphere we were going for. He was accommodating so much so that he watched a TV show we asked him to watch so he would understand how we wanted to be introduced. He was funny, professional, prompt, kept the flow moving and was not corny (my biggest fear with DJs). I am sad our wedding is over because now it means we won’t have Jay reaching out to us- honestly he became one of our friends through this because he was that awesome! Everyone should use Jay!
Joey was nothing but AWESOME! He was perfect! Everyone complimented me on how great he was and said they have never been to such a fun wedding! He made our family ceremony special & I’ll be forever grateful. I would recommend him (and already have) to everyone! Best Wedding ever thanks to Joey!!
DJ Dan was INCREDIBLE– from helping to plan our music, to understanding our wedding timeline, communication and day-of he was so great, especially with making sure the sound at the ceremony was perfect, (we had no electricity there either) and the dance floor was NEVER empty, it was perfect.
Tom was amazing. He was very charismatic and very polite and before setting up a game or making an announcement he was able to find me or my husband and ask us for timing or how we would like things to go. He was very attentive to the crowd and found songs that keep people dancing the whole time. I really can’t say enough good things about him, he helped keep everything super organized and running well and it took minimal effort on our part.
Our DJ Tom Darling was so amazing! From going out in the heat and humidity making sure our sound checks were perfect for the ceremony to understanding our facial cues when my husband and I didn’t realize how long 40 seconds was for our first dance! Tom was fantastic. There’s always a bit of concern when a Dj says they’ll read the room to interpret what type of music to play and make sure the night flows, but with Tom he didn’t read the room, he wrote it! If you book Tom, and I highly suggest you do, make sure he gets up and dances to all the cheesy songs with you. One of the nights shining moments!
Kibar was amazing to work with! He not only incorporated all of the requested songs throughout the night, but he made it so that everyone wanted to dance the night away. We enjoyed everything he did and would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Kibar for helping to make our day so wonderful!

The service was incredible. Kevin was so wonderful. He really helped us with the flow of the evening. He really took charge but always stopped to ask us questions so we got what we wanted. Brien Lafferty was amazing. We had a small-ish informal wedding in September. Brien’s choice of music allowed EVERYONE the opportunity to get up and dance, fast or slow. I think songs should vary in that way so all can have fun. Ive been to weddings where there may be just a handful of slower songs and I feel that its not always enjoyable for the people that dont like to get up and dance the faster ones. I really appreciated Brien’s decision to change it up. Thank you so much for helping to make our day so much fun and memorable!
The whole concept of meeting the DJs available on your date and hearing their story was great and so helpful in making a connection and finding someone you jive with. Everyone we met with was super friendly and knowledgeable. The dj we had in mind wasn’t at the night we went to but meeting everyone helped solidify us wanting to work with Main Event Entertainment for our wedding.
DJ Kevin kept the dance floor packed ALL night! He went above & beyond to make a few special requests happen for us. Would HIGHLY recommend him and Main Event!

Adam was absolutely PERFECT! He would come over to make sure everything was going well frequently and never missed a beat! I especially loved that the music choice he had for our reception was everything and more than I asked for! I could NOT stop dancing! I loved every song he played! At the end of the night I was surprised with a specialized CD for us of our special songs! If we ever have another event I will want him at it!
We had a great experience having Joey as our DJ and he did everything we expected. His price was what he said it would be. His sense of humor attracted us and we love that he’s down-to-earth. Also, we kept in mind the importance of him being the owner of Main Event and his past experience. I would say the best part of having Joey as our DJ would be his energetic attitude. We would highly recommend him, in fact we already have friends who are interested!
At our reception, he did a light show, bubbles, props and line dances. We continue to hear comments from friends and family that our reception was so much fun and that they had such a good time. It feels so good to hear that. We know Joey was such a huge part of making our wedding day memorable for not only us but for our guests.
