DJ Kibar was absolutely top notch. He kept up with us in terms of contact and information from booking up until our wedding date. He would check in with us periodically and had meetings in order to make sure we had all of our main musical selections chosen and organized. I am not sure I can adequately explain how thrilled not only my husband and I were, but since the event I’ve had numerous phone calls full of praise him. Jay was the DJ for my combined 70th birthday and retirement party and we had asked for fairly specific artists, as the crowd was a bit older than what you would typically find at a wedding. However, the way Jay spun those tunes and the dancing on the floor, you would have thought you were in fact at a wedding! What a party! What a FABULOUS time! Over and above that, Jay is personable, knowledgeable and very professional and fun! I know we would hire him again in a heartbeat and I’m pretty sure some of the guests have his contact information. It’s so hard to keep on top of things during your own wedding, especially the timeline without looking at a clock, and Kelly made sure everything went according to plan. She was on the ball with what was happening next, even when we were overwhelmed with the chaos of the day. She was right there with the flowers we were presenting to my aunt for her birthday and brought them over to us for a quick transition to keep things moving. And she did an awesome job of going with the flow (but also checking in with us) when the timeline of the day didn’t quite go according to plan and rolling with plan B.
